Our Day-Of Coordination Package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional by their side to make sure everything comes together seamlessly. From managing vendors and overseeing the timeline to coordinating setup and handling the little details, we're here to take the stress off your shoulders.
 

You put in the work planning your dream day. Now it's time to sit back, celebrate, and enjoy every moment while we take care of the rest!

What's Included:

• Set up decor & End-of-night decor take-down

• Wedding timeline creation - 1 hour meeting 

• Vendor communication and coordination & timeline development 

• Unlimited email and text communication

• 2 Checkin meetings (30 min each) - 1 a week before your wedding & another when fits for couples needs 

• 1-hour wedding rehearsal coordination

• Wedding day coordination and onsite management

• Ceremony and reception setup, including decor, table settings, welcome table, signage, and arbor

• Vendor arrival and setup coordination

• Reception transition and timeline management

• Wedding party and family assistance throughout the day

• Emergency wedding day kit

• Wedding dress hangers for the couple

Our pricing is flexible and can be adjusted based on your wedding day needs and the services you'd like included. If you choose everything listed above, your total investment is $2,000. We're happy to customize a package that best fits your vision, needs, and budget!
